  • Find out what your higher purpose is. Practice it in small amounts every day
  • Remember your wins
  • Create a context to set up yourself to win at a goal each day
  • Make a list of the things you need to do and face
  • Take care of things you've been avoiding and get them over with. Complete them
  • Meditate
  • Keep in touch with what's going on inside
  • Know your strengths
  • Don't dwell on your shortcomings
  • Vird (Chanting)
  • Read Quran
  • Read inspirational poetry like Iqbal
  • Write something everyday
  • Do affirmations
  • Keep your surroundings clean and organized
  • Talk to friends you trust and share your life with them
  • Don't hold on to resentments. Forgive
  • Exercise every day
  • Make a daily check list to help complete tasks
  • Avoid stress
  • Get enough rest
  • Don't take your health and time for granted
  • Be Thankful for what you have
  • Lower your expectations for being happy
  • Don't hurt anyone except in self-defense
